Once your return request has been approved, please package the item securely in its original packaging where possible and include proof of purchase, such as your order number or order confirmation email.

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

SECTION 3 - RETURN SHIPPING

In some cases, return shipping may be free of charge.

If the return is not the result of an error on the part of Classicukout, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund or paid by the customer.

If the item you received is defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing parts, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos and your order details. We will review the issue and provide further assistance where appropriate.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your return or refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive your return for the refund, exchange, or store credit to be processed.

Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
